Is the dedicated app really included in every plan?+
Yes. The app name, your own icon, colours and installable PWA are part of the core system.
Can the system be adapted to our funeral home?+
Yes. Your business type, team size, services, hours, buffers, rooms and equipment are prepared to suit you and remain editable.
Can you import my price list from a document?+
Yes. Documents and extracted information first remain controlled drafts and are only adopted after review and approval.
Can external calendars and booking providers be connected?+
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and suitable ICS calendars are supported directly. Other providers require their official approval or interface.
What happens when an automation cannot continue safely?+
The process is not reported as successful. Instead, it is handed to support or a staff member with a clear reason.
